William "Barney" Barnes, 58 of Rhame, ND died on April 17, 2012.
Memorial Services for Barney will be at 1:00 at the Mound Cemetery, rural Rhame, ND.
William Barnes was born on September 12, 1953 in Alhambra, CA, the son of Raymond Lee Barnes and Doris Mae Clendenen. He attended and graduated from High School in 1971 from Gosnell, AR. After graduation, Barney attended Welding School in Texas. He also attended BSC in Bismarck for his Power Plant Technicians Degree. Barney was a real roughneck oilfield worker and was an excellent pool player. Barney loved his dogs, hunting, fishing and hanging with his many friends which he had from all walks of life.

Barney is survived by his son Jamie, three grandsons, Jamie Raye, Ashton James and Casey Lynn, his dogs, Ceaser, Chester, Fetch and Rocky, special friend, Skye Larimore, his mother, Doris, sisters, LaRae and Dianne and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.

He was preceded in death by both sets of his grandparents, his dad, several aunts and uncles , cousins, and one nephew.
