Sidney "Sid" Lichtenfelt, 76, of Bowman, ND, passed away at his home on September 18, 2020.  No Services will be held.

Sid was born on April 17, 1944, the son of Lawrence and Theda (Keyes) Lichtenfelt in Marlette, MI.  He served his country in the USMC from 1966-1968 being 100% military service connected disabled in Vietnam.  He met the love of his life, Vonnie Zacher the X-ray technician while in Lemmon South Dakota Hospital. They were married in August of 1989.  It is an understatement to say the Sid loved the outdoors.  Early days trapping, fishing and hunting.  After moving to Bowman he and Vonnie spent many hours North of Marmarth hunting.  He leaves behind his Michigan family, daughter; Karen Schrauben, his mother; Theda, sister; Kay and brothers; Dennis and David.  Preceding him in death is his wife Vonnie and his father Lawrence.  Happy hunting Sid and Vonnie.
