Marian Silbernagel, 99, of Bowman, ND, formerly of Rhame, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017, at Southwest Healthcare Services in Bowman.

Mass of Christian Burial for Marian will be on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 10:30 am at the St. Charles Catholic Church in Bowman. Fr. David Morman will celebrate the Mass with burial to follow in the Tuttle Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at the Krebsbach and Kulseth Funeral Home Chapel.

Marian Silbernagel was called to the Kingdom of Heaven on February 17, 2017, one month and two weeks before reaching 100 years old.

Marian (Germann) Silbernagel was born on a farm north of Rhame, ND. After going to country grade school and working in the area, Marian was united with Henry Silbernagel. To this union where born Robert, twins Jane and JoAnn and twins James and Jerry Silbernagel.
Henry preceded Marian in death in 1974. He was truly a wonderful person.

Marian enjoyed cooking, playing cards and dominoes and putting together jigsaw puzzles. She spent many hours making quilts for many of her family members.

Marian was also preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Barbara Germann, her brothers Norbert, Arnold, Edwin, Raymond, Louie, Leo and Richard, and her sisters Clara and Rosemarie. Also preceding her in death were her son, Bob and his wife Margie.

Marian leaves her surviving daughters, Jane, Bowman, ND and JoAnn, Bismarck, ND, her sons, Jerry (Susan), Black Hawk, SD, and Jim, Rapid City, SD and her brother Bob Germann, Glendive, MT. Many relative remain in the Rhame and Bowman area, with nieces, nephews, granddaughters, grandsons and great grandsons and great granddaughters around the USA. We are eternally grateful for having Marian in our lives. May the soul of Marian Silbernagel rest in peace.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude's, the Shriners Hospital for Children or any Veteran's organization.
