Kathleen E. Meronuck was born on September 1, 1948 in Minot, ND, the daughter of Alex and Evelyn (Johnson) Meronuck. Kathy was reared on the family farm near Max, ND. She also received her education in Max, graduating from Max High School in 1966. Kathy moved to Fargo, ND, where she attended Josef's School of Hair Design and graduated in 1967.

Kathy fell in love and married Richard Krebsbach on May 4 ^th , 1968; even though he had stood her up on their first date. As their first date consisted of Kathy watching Rick pass by her farm house on the highway when he'd decided to go to town by himself instead. Rick and Kathy were blessed with three absolute gorgeous children; Rick, Nicole and Tony.

Kathy started working as a beautician in Minot, ND, and later worked in Portland, OR, Bismarck, ND, and finally for the majority of her career in Bowman, ND. After moving to Bowman, Kathy started working at the Klip N Kurl before purchasing the Classic Beauty Salon. She enjoyed working with many of her still close friends and daughter Nicole while operating the Classic Beauty Salon. The road trips to multiple hair shows with her girls throughout her career will forever be a special memory. Kathy loved her job and would still be working if she could.

Outside of her love of work, Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and always held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren as she loved them dearly. She rarely missed a school concert or sporting event of her children and grandchildren. Kathy was a member of the Community Band, Community Choir and the Church Choir for several years. She also attended bible study when possible. Kathy also enjoyed her bowling league and the time spent with her teammates and friends. Rodeo was another of her favorite past times and attended as time allowed. In the fall of the year Kathy loved to support the green and gold and watch her Green Bay Packers play football; whether it be at Lambeau Field or watching on TV with her family at home.

Kathy was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church in Bowman, ND.

Kathy is survived by her loving children Rick (Kristi) Krebsbach of Bowman, ND, Nicole (Matt) Lambourn of Bowman, ND and Tony (Tiffany) Krebsbach of Maple Grove, MN. She is also survived by her grandchildren Dayton, Taylor, Bailey, Parker, Mason, Jake, Sawyer and Layla, her brother Don (Jan) Meronuck of Fargo, ND and Dave Meronuck of San Francisco, CA.

Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Krebsbach; father Alex Meronuck; mother Evelyn (Johnson) Meronuck; and brother Richard Meronuck.
