JoAnn Hansey, 91, of Bowman, ND, passed away on August 18, 2022 at the Southwest Healthcare Long Term Center in Bowman.

Funeral Services for Joann will be on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Krebsbach and Kulseth Funeral Home Chapel in Bowman.  Pastor Ed Kvaale will officiate with burial to follow in the Bowman Cemetery.  Visitation for Joann will be on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 12-9 at the Funeral Home Chapel.

JoAnn Hoilien was born on January 1, 1931 in Hustler, WI, the daughter of Oline and Joseph Hoilien.  JoAnn moved to North Dakota with her mother and siblings.  She received her education at Bowman High School and then attended college in Rapid City, SD.  JoAnn married Laurel Hansey and the made their home on a farm SE of Bowman until moving into Bowman.  JoAnn loved shopping and coffee time with friends.  She enjoyed playing the organ.  JoAnn is survived by her 4 children; Larry of Scranton, ND, Gary, Gene (Mary Lou) and Judy of Bowman, 8 grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Laurel, parents, Oline and Levine Moberg, Joseph Hoilien, brothers, Delbert and Joseph Jr. Hoilien, sister, Shirley Conners and grandson, Tracy Hansey.
