Ethel Crawford, 97 of Bowman, ND, passed away on Sunday, January 08, 2017 at the Southwest Healthcare Long Term Center in Bowman.

Funeral Services for Ethel will be on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Krebsbach and Kulseth Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Ron Olson will officiate with burial to follow in the Bowman Cemetery.

Ethel was born May 11th 1919 to Edna and Clarence Avery in Bowman North Dakota. She married William Crawford Oct. 23rd 1948. Together they had two children. Connie and Robert. She worked for J.C. Penney's for years and won many awards for top sales. She was manager for Hanawolds and Sons. From the start to the end of the store. She then worked for the nursing home for years. She was an excellent seamstress and made many clothes for her family. She crocheted and knitted many scarfs mittens and afghans for her family and friends. She was an excellent baker. Made many Carmel rolls and banana bread for her family which was a favorite. She was a member of the Methodist Church, Past Matrons, United Methodist women and Circle. She dearly loved her family and moved with them to Arizona and Alabama. After many falls she moved to Bowman nursing home. She was preceded in death by her mom, Edna and dad, Clarence,husband, Bill, grandson, Brady brother, Herbert and sister, Louise.
